What else is happening before we launch ReelHEART…?
ReelHeART is exciting to be involved in this year’s Big on Bloor Festival, Saturday June 20th from 1PM-9PM. Come meet Representatives and Filmmakers from ReelHeART at two locations:
1. 860 Bloor Street West at Hits and Misses Record Store (near Ossington)
2. On Bloor near Montrose Street
Local Filmmakers will be stopping by all throughout the day with giveaways and free passes to their films. They’re coming out to show their community that yes, Toronto Filmmakers can and do make great films! Come meet them and a few of our early arrivals from around the world!
In these last 5 years, we’ve grown tremendously as a film festival, from a 3-day event to 6 days. We’ve become known as the “Filmmakers’ Film Festival†we think in part due to our organization, communication and support we give to the filmmaking community all over the world, all year long. We’ve created a brand that has ‘name recognition’, affectionately known in Toronto as the “cool film festivalâ€.
