Santa Cruz County: Paint Like Renoir with Toaa Dallo

You Can Do This!

“Renoir’s Muse” is the subject of our art workshop this Saturday. You might be a little intimidated, but you shouldn’t be. It’s such a fun painting, and we’re going to have a great time. You should join us, and bring a friend! Renoir’s Muse

Saturday, October 28, at Palace Art in Capitola (11 am to 6 pm)

Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s masterpiece, “Luncheon of the Boating Party,” features a charming vignette of his future wife. It’s a great lesson in Impressionism and portraiture. You’ll start with a specially marked canvas to help you through the early stages, and I will guide you with a step-by-step demonstration through this special Paint Along workshop, as you complete your own version of this beautiful work of art. It’s a must-attend event!
