The parties have agreed to a series of cross-promotions includinlive presentations and Internet media in which eWorlde’s Boomerang Media Station® will feature online video and audio clips provided by the “Let’s Talk Success” Show and Mr. LaSalle. Mr. LaSalle will create new and original content which will be broadcast online via the Boomerang Media Station at least weekly and then archived for future viewing.
