Keep Yourself Warm

After calling, the next step is to keep yourself warm to avoid the risk of developing hypothermia. To keep yourself calm move towards a carpet or any soft place like a sofa or bed. Hard surfaces like floor and stone take longer to warm up. Try to get duvet and blanket to keep yourself warm. Keep moving your body so it will stay warm. If there is somebody with you ask for a hot cup of tea or coffee.
