“Euthanasia”

Sam and her best friend Becky are pretty typical, sheltered, modern teenagers. Sam has just gotten her drivers license and after borrowing the family car, she and Becky are given the opportunity to demonstrate a little independence by venturing out into the real world, alone. They are finally all grown up, and for the first time they can go anywhere and do anything. Nothing is stopping them from visiting “Jake at Holister” and pulling up “listening to ‘G Spot’” In fact, their lives seem to have no limits until an unfortunate accident forces these two precocious girls to really grow up and make some hard decisions about life and death.

Adrian Grenier

Although he is more widely known as an actor, Adrian has recently been garnering much respect as a director. He founded Reckless Productions 6 years ago, (www.recklessproductions.net) and has directed/produced several films including the documentary “Shot in The Dark”, which premiered at the Tribeca film festival in 2002. He is currently developing a feature length film about a single mom in NYC who becomes a vigilante in order to bring a young fugitive to justice.

Added Sol: “In just three years, our festival has quickly made its mark delivering high quality short films. As we continue striving to reach our goal, which is to advance the careers of filmmakers globally and showcase great short form projects in front of film enthusiasts, the industry, fellow filmmakers and actors, this year’s event is poised to be a tremendous experience for everyone involved.”
