LOS ANGELES (RushPRnews)03/05/09-Rihanna Although Rihanna will not press charges against Chris Brown, the L.A. County District Attorney may have evidence on his own, even more than the picture that was posted on TMZ.

According to TMZ, the night of the attack Rihanna told cops she was the victim of escalating violence — and the perp was Brown.

After the attack, Ri Ri was interviewed by LAPD cops and revealed that Brown was violent towards her in the past and that the attacks were getting “more violent” as time went on.

The L.A. County District Attorney may charge Chris Brown with felony domestic battery.

“According to the police report, the argument began after Chris received a text message from a woman who wrote about getting together. During the argument, he allegedly started striking her”, reports TMZ. The police report states that she ordered Chris to drive her home and “faked a call” to someone, saying, ‘He’s dropping me off and make sure the cops are there.'”
