Fourth time a charm for “Laguna” bad-boy Jason Wahler?

HOLLYWOOD, CA (rushprnews) April 11, 2007 — Another reality TV star is in complete flameout mode as Jason Wahler has been arrested again for drunkenness, fighting and using racial slurs. This time he was cuffed in Seattle on charges of physical assault amid a verbal assault of racial and sexual slurs.

The “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” star has managed to channel his 15 minutes of fame into an arrest record beaten only by a few, more experienced disaster champs like Courtney Love.Wahler, 20, was arrested Sunday for punching a hotel security guard and passing out drunk in a third floor hallway of a Seattle Marriott. According to police, Wahler became “belligerent and hostile” after police awoke and arrested him, shouting racist and homophobic slurs at one of the officers and telling him, “Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!”

“He repeatedly called me a ‘nigger,’ a ‘faggot’ and a ‘poor (expletive),’” according to the police report from Officer C. DePina, who is not black. “Wahler stated he was rich and would have my ass.”

Nine hours after being booked on charges of assault and criminal trespassing, Wahler posted $1,140 bail and was released from the King County jail.

This makes the third arrest for Wahler since last September and fourth in all. His previous offenses include underage drinking, resisting arrest and assault and last month he was sentenced to two months in Los Angeles jail for punching a city worker and tow truck driver. The judge also ordered him to attend Alcoholics Anonymous and a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance for using racial slurs.

Wahler was set to begin his sentence May 4, but these new charges may change that. He is likely on probation for one or more of his arrests, and violation charges may be added to his growing legal woes like drinks to his bar tab.
