Barack will accept the Democratic nomination one week from tonight — and you can be part of the moment –Democrats Abroad join in too!
CHICAGO,IL (RUSHPRNEWS) AUGUST 22,2008–Supporters like you will be coming together all across the country to watch Barack’s acceptance speech and celebrate how far we’ve come. It’s a great opportunity to be inspired, share a piece of history, and keep building this movement right through Election Day.
Sign up to host or attend a Convention Watch Party in your community.
From the beginning, this campaign has depended on ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
Grassroots supporters like you have brought us this far, but after the convention, we’ll be heading into the final stretch.
That’s why on Labor Day Weekend, right after the convention, we need everyone to take part in a nationwide Weekend of Action.
At the Convention Watch Parties, you can help plan canvasses, phone banks, and other volunteer activities. To win in November, we’ll need to register as many new voters and reach out to as many new supporters as possible in just a few short weeks.
We can win this election and make things better for all Americans. But it’s going to take all of us working together.
Find a Convention Watch Party near you — or host a party of your own — next Thursday, August 28th:

Thanks for everything you’re doing to build this movement,
