NASSAU, Bahamas (rushprnews) April 10, 2007 – The DNA results of who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant child should be revealed today in a Bahamas Court. Under Bahamian legal rules, the results cannot be made public for a time by either of the parties involved in the paternity and custody battle. Meaning that either Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur will be allowed to disclose the results to the media where the battle has been largely fought.

Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, the baby born September 2006, weeks following the death of Daniel, Anna’s other child, could inherit millions from the estate of Smith’s late husband, J. Howard Marshall. Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s estate executor was listed as the father on Dannielynn’s birth certificate when she was born in September. It has been ruled by the coroner inquest that Smith died in February of an accidental drug overdose and that the death was neither a murder or a suicide as widely speculated.

Howard K. Stern has retained the services of L. Lin Wood, a high profile attorney to represent his interest and defent his reputation following inuendos that he murdered Anna Nicole and supplied her with the drugs that killed her.
