Attorney John Foster Brings Much Needed Legal Advice and Leadership to Planning Professionals Worldwide

Today, The Meetings Community (MeCo), a free online resource environment for meeting and event planners, officially announced the addition of meeting and convention industry legal specialist John S. Foster, Esq., CHME to its team. John’s main contribution will be to provide a legal column and host one of the increasingly popular Chat Lessons this year. Periodically, he will also respond to legal questions posted by MeCo members.MeCo provides members with free, unlimited access to valuable industry information, job boards, educational resources, directories, company recommendations and reviews, mentorship opportunities, and monthly educational web seminars, by some of the industry’s most recognized players. Foster was chosen as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ and ‘Platinum Speaker’ for Meeting Professionals International (MPI). He is also a respected consultant and counselor for associations, trade shows & event sponsors, and meeting & convention professionals nationwide and across borders. In 2003, John Foster received a special recognition award as “Corporate Member of the Year” by the Georgia Society of Association Executives.
