To Peace in a Pod! Profits From The Sales of SongPods To Benefit Native and Nature Projects

Las Vegas, NV (RushPRnews) 02/26/09-When the Native American Inventor of SongPods first turned her torch to metal, she had no idea she was making history. For the past quarter century these small hand-held self-playing musical instruments have carried her vision of “Peace with Earth” to all seven continents.

For their second consecutive year, a “Treasure Hunt” to find the hidden SongPod was held complete with pictures and clues posted around town and on the official website www.SongPods.com.

Earlier, SongPods took the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) Conference by peaceful storm, as 

thousands of Music Therapists, Private Practitioners, Music Educators and Students shared the mysterious instruments’ melodious enchantment.
One veteran public school therapist commented, “It’s exciting to have a musical instrument no one can break! The more the most energetic child throws it around – the more the SongPod just keeps singing!”

The Spiritual Care Collaborative (SCC), an international group of professional organizations representing well over 10,000 spiritual care providers, Chaplains, Pastors, Educators and Researchers gathered this February where SongPods remained their perennial hit! “SongPods are used in Critical Care and Pediatric Units of major hospitals,” commented a SongPod fan at the Spiritual Care Collaborative Summit. “SongPods illicit positive responses from everyone we serve, including children with Autism, burn victims, seriously ill infants, Alzheimer patients…I’ve never met a person who refused the quiet pleasure and comfort offered by a SongPod!”
