Reel Suave Brings World Cinema To Your Doorstep

‘Reel Suave’ website is real suave: Focus is on Hollywood and on foreign movies from all corners of the world

Salt Lake City,UT(RUSHPRNEWS)10/10/08 – John Antony is a 23-year-old film buff with a degree in chemical engineering who loves movies. He loves movies so much, in fact, that he is part of a new website called Reel Suave, that bills itself as “A Site for True Film Buffs”. He is, in fact, Reel Suave’s editor.

Antony, who is based in Utah, told RushPRnews during a recent interview, that Reel Suave is “a niche site” that caters not only to Hollywood films but also to films from around the world. He notes: “We want to cultivate a growing understanding of cinema through the eyes of lenses from countries outside the USA as well, from all four corners of the world”.

Reel Suave was launched in December 2007 and now runs about four movie posts per day, said Antony, who holds a day job as an engineer at a construction company.

“One interesting feature of our site is that readers can ask us if they can review moives themselves,” he said. “We also have a sister site at watchatrailer.com that helps users watch all the latest trailers with small previews of what the film is about. Our main focus now, however, is on good movie reviews.”

In addition to Antony, founding members of the Reel Suave team include five movie enthusiasts from India. The site is targeting moviegoers from15 to 30 years of age, stated Antony to RushPRnews.
