Sarah Palin's bio ready for national rollout -- The book's agent insists it will be a good one for readers on both sides of the aisle

BOSTON,MASS (RUSHPRNEWS) 09/24/2008--A few weeks ago, RushPRNews ran a news story about Joe Hilley, the Alabama writer who is penning the soon-to-be released biography of GOP Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
 
According to publishing industry sources, the book, titled "Sarah Palin: New Kind of Leader", was written at lightning speed -- in just three weeks! It is being edited and prepared for printing as you read this article.

After reading the article here, Mr Hilley's literary agent sent in a nice letter, explaining more about the eagerly-awaited book. Well, eagerly-awaited by some voters, and maybe not as eagerly-awaited by other voters. It just might be the red state blue state thing all over again.

But I digress. Jeff Dunn, the Oklahoma-based literary agent who brought the book deal to Zondervan Publishing Company -- a Christian book publisher owned by the much larger HarperCollins conglomerate, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch -- said in his letter:

"Just wanted you to know that I am the agent for Joe Hilley. He is a man of great integrity and skill in writing. I am sure his book on Sarah Palin -- written in less than three weeks -- will be a very good read both for those who like and those who dislike Alaska Governor Palin and her political party of choice. Joe brings to light Governor Palin's leadership style that is much different than that seen in Washington, D.C. in recent memory."

I wrote back to Mr Dunn and thanked for his email. The book is set for release on October 12, and there might even be some bootleg copies out there before the official national laydown. As these things often, some enterprising reporter for the New York Times or the Anchorage Daily News will likely get his or her hands on the Hilley book before it's official release date. Stay tuned. This is one political biography that is going to make history as the presidential election campaign of 2008 continues its countdown to November 4.
