Ailey & Ellington: Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis

NEW YORK (RUSHPRNEWS)08/30/2008--For one extraordinary week only, December 17-21, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra will join with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater for a live music celebration of America-s two great art forms - modern dance and jazz music.

Featuring two programs full of Duke Ellington-s most glorious orchestrations for dance, this special week is a highlight of Ailey-s 50th anniversary season at New York City Center, December 3 through January 4.
