HOLLYWOOD, CA (RUSHPRNEWS) September 30, 2007– “Phil Spector will be re-arrested within a week,” predicted former Lana Clarkson publicist Edward Lozzi. “There will be a new trial.” District Attorney Pat Dixon is just as adamant and asked the court for an immediate re-trial. Defense attorney Roger Rosen requested a date “60 days out.” Judge Larry Paul Fidler also wanted it on the fast track. “That’s way too long, I was thinking of something in the next two weeks,” he said.
